Zaloa provided two sessions of Creativity and Leadership training at Canela for our Senior Team during our annual offsite meeting. She took a great deal of care in her preparartory work to understand our business and its challenges and what we needed from her during those sessions. One the day she presented us with a perfect mix of dialogue, instruction and practical tips as well as providing us with resources which we could apply to our daily working lives. I would thoroughly recommend Zaloa to anyone leading an organisation that is going through change. She speaks with authority and clarity and is thoroughly engaging.
